Do you know how the PIN and the PUK codes work in an Agrónic?

Available for Agrónic 2500, Agrónic 4000, Agrónic 5500 and Agrónic Bit.

The controller lets you enable a PIN code with 4 numerical digits to prevent it from being used when restarting after the power has been cut for more than 10 minutes.

It is important to note that after 3 failed attempts to enter the PIN code, the controller will request the PUK code. 

If the user requires the PUK code, we can only provide it by email to the installer. 

The PUK code is an 8-digit numerical security code that is required when the controller is locked; so, we can only provide it to client installers and not to end users.

How do I enable the PIN?

Go to “parameters/various” on the installer and in “PIN code”, enter the PIN code and confirm it twice.

Important save the number.

To deactivate the protection function, enter the number 0000 as the PIN code.

How do I get the PUK code?

The installer must call Progrés indicating the serial number of the controller, and then we will send him or her an email with the code.
