Description
The Agrónic 5500 is a complete controller indicated to regulate the EC and the pH of the irrigation water, but also to fertilize by units or to make irrigations only with water.
In addition to registering analogical sensors, digital and counters, it allows by means of determining factors, to initiate and to stop programs and to modify the irrigation and the fertilizers and to manage warnings to mobiles.
Spray irrigation in greenhouses with temperature and humidity control.
The irrigation programs can apply phytosanitary treatments.
It mixes two waters with different salinity to obtain a determined EC.
It cleans filters, initiates the washing by differential pressure or by time or volume.
It manages diesel engines, both motor pumps and generator sets.
It registers all the anomalies that are produced and actions that it carries out, as well as a history, with registers every 10 minutes, for each sector and sensor that exists in the controller.
It connects to the Agrónic PC program and to the Agronic APP mobile application to manage the controller remotely.
It controls valves, analog sensors, counter sensors and digital sensors by radio using AgroBee radio modules at distances of up to 800 meters, or higher with repeaters.
The programmer has several models depending on the type of power supply and the type of output, and their number.
Choose between the wall box format, for installation anywhere, or the embedded format for placement in cabinets.

IRRIGATION
Irrigation of up to 30 sectors managed by 16 programs.
Each program can activate from 1 to 9 sectors simultaneously.
It allows to start the program in different ways, by shedule, through determinants assigned to sensors, or by being sequential to another program.
Set for days of the week or frequency of days and choose an active time and period.
It can perform pulsed irrigation in several activations separated by a time.
It allows configure different irrigation units in each program, by time (hh:mm, mm’ss”) or by volume (m3, m3/ha).
Distribute the volume proportionally between the sectors that irrigate at the same time according to the expected flow, and save the information in the history.

Fertilization
It controls the injection of 4 fertilizers, plus an acid, plus a fertilizer for phytosanitary treatments and a mixer.
For each program, you can apply the fertilizer by conductivity regulation (EC), applying a proportion between the fertilizers and an EC reference to keep or by a uniform application of the fertilizers.
Pre-irrigation and post-irrigation may be different in each program.

Determinants
The equipment has a total of 50 determinants
With the determinants, it perform direct actions to programs (start, stop, start/stop, warnings or registers, modify irrigation, fertilizers or irrigation frequency), taking into account the information of the digital, analog sensors, meters, also due to errors in the EC, pH or EC regulation of the water misture and by communication status with the PC or external modules (Agrobee-L radio).

Fogging
It manages the fogging of up to 4 groups with a maximum of 8 valves per group.
Through determinants it starts with a digital sensor or through temperature or relative humidity sensors.

Mix of two waters
Regulates the inlet water to achieve a certain EC.
With the option "Mix of 2 waters" the programmer regulates the inlet of waters with different salinity, to achieve a certain EC, adjunstin the opening and closing of one or two motorized valves. You can configure an EC reference in each program.

SOLAR IRRIGATION
Use solar energy to perfom irrigation.
Monitors a solar radiation sensor to activate frequency inverter pumps powered by solar panels.
It combines solar energy and the power of the electric grid or diesel engine in hybrid installations to ensure irrigation on cloudy days of after daylight hours.
Solar irrigation also allows irrigation at different pressures, prioritizing higher pressure sectors.

PUMPING
The equipment has 2 general outputs to assign 2 pumps.
It allows to assign your work pump/s for each sector.
Also it allows to choose the activation and deactivation time of the motors or sectors, to avoid water hammers.
With the "Diesel engine control" option, control a diesel engine or generator set with outputs for start, stop, contact and preheat. And detects breakdowns.

FILTER CLEANING
Manages the cleaning of up to 9 filters.
Washing is initiated by pressure difference or by time limit of volume of water circutation.
It allows you to choose the washing time of the filters, if you want to break between them, if the cleaning is done at the beginning or during the irrigation, and if, when you start cleaning the filters, you want to stop or not the sectors and fertilizers.

READINGS
The equipment saves record, history and accumulated readings.
Records of anomalies and events that happened. For example, when a program enters, when there is a power outage, if the equipment goes out of service, etc.
History by day of programs, starts made; sectors, time and volume of irrigation and fertilizers, average EC and pH; filters, number of cleanings; analog sensors, average, maximum and minimum value; meter sensors, irrigation, leakage, fertilizer and rain.
Acumulated by sector or meter, of volume, time, flow, fertilizer or rain, from an initial date.
The Agrónic PC program gives more detailed information of the readings, visualizing the data in 10 minutes fractions of the sectors, analog sensors and meters, in table or graphical format.

MANUAL
By manuals orders the equipment can:
Start, stop of leave out of service a program.
Suspend a program for a few hours.
Leave the equipment out of service or in general Stop.
Start of stop cleaning the filters.
End alarms and breakdowns.
Put the sectors into manual of automatic.
Set the fogging to manual or automatic.
Calibrate the EC and pH sensors.
Modify the virtual sensors.

External modules
The AgroBee-L modules work with LoRa radio modulation, which operates in the free bands of 868 MHz, 433 MHz and 915 MHz, obtaining coverage radios of up to 2500 m between two points (depending on the orography).
They are the best solution to save costs as a substitute for the cable, to avoid incidents typical of the microtube installation, to overcome obstacles, to expand sectors, to carry out temporary installations, etc.
Their low consumption allows them to operate with solar panel integrated in the module, storing the energy in the supercapacitors or battery (depending on model), offering a long operating life.
Currently the AgroBee-L modules can be incorporated to the fertigation controllers Agrónic 2500, Agrónic 5500 and Agrónic Bit Con.
