Any person who accesses the PROGRÉS Website will be considered a User. The User agrees to use the Website and the services offered therein in accordance with the Law, morality, generally accepted customs and public order, as well as with the provisions of the present clause. Thus, the User is required to abstain from using the Website for purposes that are unlawful and/or contrary to the provisions established herein, harmful to the rights or interests of third parties or that, in any way, might harm the Website or impede its normal use or that of the services offered therein.
The use of the Website and/or its Services implies full and unreserved acceptance, and the validity, of each and every one of the clauses contained in the last updated version of this Legal Notice, for which reason the User should remain aware of the importance of reading said clauses every time he/she accesses the Website.
