Anticipate the season and send in your controller for repair/expansion
One of our concerns is to always offer the best post-sale service. This is why we have qualified personnel with many years of experience in the sector who will help you in any type of situation.
At the beginning of the season, sometimes the delivery time for post-sale controllers is longer than usual. Our recommendation:
Anticipate the start of the season and send in your controller to be repaired, expand the features, or add options.
Follow these measures:
• Send in controllers to add options, expansions, or less urgent repairs outside of the irrigation season, preferably between the months of September to January..
• Fill in the post-sale form and insert it into the package to be sent. Important: fill in the fields related to the serial number of the controller, contact information, and description of the problem detected or the type of option/expansion you want.
We recommend sending the controller through the DHL or SEUR agencies with cash on delivery, as we have an agreement with them to get a more competitive price than the standard one.
We will add the cost to the post-sales service invoice.
